At Testmail (tempmail.codaipro.com), your privacy is our foundational product design constraint. We do not require account registration, passwords, names, or real email addresses to use our service. You can generate disposable inboxes and receive messages with 100% anonymity.

2. 10-Minute Ephemeral Purge Policy

All incoming emails delivered to temporary addresses displayed in our public web interface are subjected to an automated 10-minute auto-purge window.

• Messages are purged automatically from public views after 10 minutes.
• Attachments and body contents cease to be accessible once expired.
• Verification tokens and one-time passwords do not linger in accessible public indices.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

We believe in radical data minimization. We do NOT:

• Collect your real personal email, phone number, or payment details.
• Sell, license, or monetize your received emails or address lists to data brokers.
• Deploy third-party behavioral profiling trackers or invasive surveillance scripts.

4. Server Logs & Metrics

To maintain system uptime, detect volumetric denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, and provide the Admin API Telemetry Cockpit, our FastAPI proxy logs in-memory consumption statistics:

• HTTP Request method, path, response status code, and latency in milliseconds.
• Consuming domain (via standard HTTP Origin or Referer header).
• Masked IP addresses (e.g., 203.0.xxx.xxx) to protect individual client privacy while tracking general traffic distribution.

5. Third-Party Upstream Service

Testmail operates as a developer gateway and frontend client interface for testmail.app. Mail reception, MX routing, and raw IMAP/SMTP transport are handled under the infrastructure policies of testmail.app.

6. Security & Safe Usage

Temporary email inboxes are designed strictly for throwaway accounts, trial signups, layout testing, and QA validation. Do not use disposable email for sensitive legal, financial, health, or critical personal accounts where permanent recovery or password reset access may be required in the future.
