Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 2026 · Effective Immediately

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Testmail (the "Service", accessible at tempmail.codaipro.com) or its public API endpoints, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Authorized Use Cases

Testmail is provided for legitimate, lawful purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Protecting personal inboxes from unwanted marketing lists, spam, and website data leaks.
  • Software QA testing, automated user registration verification, and transactional email deliverability checks.
  • Evaluating software trial tiers, sandboxed environments, and newsletters.

3. Strictly Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service, its mailboxes, or its API for any unlawful purposes, including:

  • Conducting, assisting, or orchestrating fraudulent activities, phishing attacks, or identity deception.
  • Violating any applicable federal, state, local, or international laws or regulations.
  • Distributing malicious attachments, trojans, ransomware, or malicious URL payloads.
  • Launching distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or deliberately exhausting upstream gateway quotas.

Any IP addresses or domains identified as participating in malicious activities will be immediately blacklisted.

4. Public & Free Developer API

We provide a free, unauthenticated REST API and live Server-Sent Events (SSE) stream for software engineers. While the API is free, the service operator reserves the right to implement rate limiting, concurrency caps, or IP blocks to preserve availability and prevent abuse.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The operators make no guarantee of uninterrupted service, message delivery latency, or permanent retention of data.

In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the loss of access to accounts created using disposable addresses.

6. Open Source License

The application source code is released under the permissive MIT License and hosted publicly on GitHub. You are free to inspect, audit, fork, and self-host the repository on your own infrastructure.

7. Governing Law & Changes

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page.
